In individual therapy, I create a safe and encouraging space where we can work together to build insight, develop self-awareness & identify patterns to create a deeper understanding of yourself.
What to expect:
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You are a unique individual, and our work together will be as well. Sessions typically take place once a week for 50 minutes on my online platform. In the first couple of sessions, I will spend time getting to know you and what you’d like to get out of therapy. We will explore the best ways to reach those goals and collaboratively make a plan that feels authentic to you.
